I recently went to A Dopo for the first time last week. After hearing all the rave about how great their pizza and appetizers were, I had to check it out for myself. I was pleasantly surprised. I order the Spicy Greens pizza. It was a white pizza, with creamy mascarpone cheese sauce, roasted kale, Calabrian chiles, and a hint of lemon. It was the perfect amount of heat, but still had that cheesy taste we all look for when eating a slice of pizza. The best part about A Dopo pizza is the crust. The soft, chewy, yet crunchy last few bites make the meal. My favorite part of any pizza is the crust.
